Data Subject Access Request Form Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

GENERAL EXPLANATIONS Under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), personal data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) are granted certain rights regarding the processing of their personal data. Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the KVKK, applications to be made to our Company, Özlem Nizam - VirtualHub GlobalServices, Consulting and E-Commerce (“Company”), as the Data Controller, must be submitted in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

In this context, “written” applications can be submitted to our Company by printing out this form and using one of the following methods:

  • Via Notary: To the same address mentioned above.

  • Via E-mail: By sending an e-mail to emerawholesale@virtualhubservices.com.

Pursuant to Article 13/2 of the KVKK, your applications will be responded to within thirty days from the date the request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or via electronic media in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the KVKK.
