A. Domestic Orders (Turkiye)

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your items.

  • To be eligible, items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to the delicate nature of our muslin and hand-loomed fabrics, we cannot accept returns for items that have been laundered.

    Shipping Fees for Domestic Returns/Exchanges

    • Exchanges: For size or color exchanges, the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new item are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Defective or Damaged Items: We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility. In these cases, we offer a full refund or a free replacement, and all shipping costs will be covered by Emeraliving.

  • How to Start a Return: To initiate a domestic return or exchange, please contact us at emerawholesale@virtualhubservices.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

B. International Orders

Returns & Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. All international sales are considered final.

  • We highly recommend reviewing our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing an international order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Emeraliving is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processes.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at emerawholesale@virtualhubservices.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will evaluate the situation and offer a suitable solution, such as a partial refund or a replacement, to ensure your satisfaction.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Emeraliving is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
