Membership Agreement

GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

This membership agreement has been drawn up by Özlem Nizam - VirtualHub GlobalServices, Consulting and E-Commerce to determine the rules and conditions regarding the use of the emeraliving.myshopify.com/ website.

Filling out the membership form on our website and logging in as a member means that you agree and undertake to comply with the provisions of the emeraliving.myshopify.com/ membership agreement. The user is deemed to have undertaken to comply with the membership agreement from the moment the membership transactions are successfully completed. emeraliving.myshopify.com/ offers its members who approve the agreement various communication services (voting, ordering, e-bulletins, notifications about discounts) and electronic shopping opportunities. emeraliving.myshopify.com/ reserves the right to make changes in the services it offers without notice.

MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM

The member shall have a "password" determined by themselves. The user can change their password at any time. The selection and protection of the password is entirely the responsibility of the user. emeraliving.myshopify.com/ is strictly not responsible for problems arising from the use of passwords. The e-mail address provided during registration is unique to the member and allows for the creation of only one membership; you cannot have two different memberships with the same e-mail address. The "password" is known only by the user.

MEMBER'S OBLIGATIONS

The member agrees that the responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the registration form during the use of the services belongs to them, and that their membership may be terminated in cases where the information is incorrect or incomplete. The member acknowledges that the copyright of the services and software provided by emeraliving.myshopify.com/ belongs to emeraliving.myshopify.com/ and that this software cannot be reproduced or distributed in any way.

DESTRUCTION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

Contravention of Law: Özlem Nizam - VirtualHub GlobalServices, Consulting and E-Commerce undertakes not to process personal data in violation of the form determined in the Law and relevant legal legislation. Secure Deletion from Software: Data processed by fully or partially automated means and maintained in digital media is deleted using methods that make it inaccessible and unusable for relevant users. Physical Destruction: Personal data in paper media is destroyed by physically cutting it out or using permanent ink to make it unreadable.

AUTHORIZED COURT AND EXECUTION OFFICES

Turkish Courts and Execution Offices shall be authorized for the resolution of all disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement.

ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION

This agreement enters into force indefinitely after the user fills out the registration form and receives a password. emeraliving.myshopify.com/ may terminate this agreement unilaterally at any time.

PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

  1. Personal data are processed by the Company in accordance with the law, rules of honesty, and the principle of proportionality.

  2. The Company takes all necessary measures to ensure that personal data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

  3. The purposes for which personal data will be processed are determined before processing.

  4. Personal data is retained for as long as required for the purpose and then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

DATA MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY

All employees involved in the relevant process are jointly responsible for the protection of personal data in accordance with this Policy. Technological protection systems, backup programs, and firewalls are used to ensure the security of personal data. All personal data processed within the Company is considered "Confidential Information."

POLICY DETAILS
